My living room really needed more light .
Not wanting to spend a lot of money, I headed up to my attic in search of an old lamp and found this.
I gave it a good cleaning followed by 2 coats of metallic bronze spray paint...
...and finished it off with a shade from an old lamp.
I now have a new lamp that fits well into a frugal penny pincher's budget.
