Canisters Makeover

If you recall I recently purchased some canisters.

You can read the post here.

I decided they could use a little fixing up and gave them a quick little makeover.

It was a cheap and easy fix, using my circut machine along with

black vinyl to create labels for them.

Sometimes it's just the little changes that can add the extra touches.

Here they are all dressed up,

now the mistake will not be made of using flour instead of powdered sugar.

  1. They do look so dressed up now! Very Pottery Barn. Lucky you w/ a cricut!:)

  2. What a great idea. I hate getting my ingredients mixed up. These days I can't make a recipe and talk on the phone at the same time without doing damage to the recipe so labels would definitely be my friend.

  3. lol sorry i had to laugh yrs ago my hubby wanted to make gravy but had no clue how i think i was working the weekend OT he calls his mom she tells him how....he grabbed the 10xsugar instead of flour and well you can visually see what a mess he had he is actually a good cook and now makes the best gravy!!!

  4. Super cute fix Joy!

    Many Blessings,

  5. Looks great! Do you make any stencils with your Cri cut? I've been wondering if I should buy one, are they expensive to use? ie. Materials, cartridges?
