Recently I told you that I'm going to be a grandmother soon. Yes! both of our daughters are expecting
We had a baby shower for our youngest daughter a few weeks ago.
I was asked to help with the decorations for the event. I thought it would be fun to share a few photos from the day, along with a diy anyone can do.

Guest Book Table
The guests were asked to guess the number of almonds in the baby bottle as a little game.
The trees and tent arbor where decorated with
The table sat under a tent that was decorated with lanterns and a clothesline hung with baby clothes. I used little buckets to place mints, animal cookies and chocolate covered pretzels in. The gender of the baby isn't known yet so I used pink, green and yellow for the colors.
The pretzel sticks were a big hit. They were coated with melted white chocolate and then rolled in sprinkles.
I've made these cute mints for other showers.
They are a simple DIY project. All you need are the ingredients shown below.
I used powder sugar and a little milk to make the glue to hold them together.
The diaper cake I made as a gift for the mother-to-be was also part of the table decor.
We are anxiously anticipation the birth of our
first grand-babies. I'll keep you posted on their arrival.
Have a great day!
